There’s something about Down syndrome babies...there’s such a purity, an innocence there that’s difficult to describe.

Often, the cost of international adoption is one of the reasons families do not pursue this route. It can be quite expensive and with the cost of travel, it can seem out of reach for many people.

However, there is another way. Andrea Roberts, a mother of a little boy with Down syndrome, founded Reece’s Rainbow . It’s a program that promotes international adoption of kids with Down syndrome and helps with fundraising to assist families who want to adopt from another country.
